MEMPHIS, TENN., Jan. 3, 2025―Saint Francis Healthcare recently announced the appointment of Darrell Brill as Market Chief Human Resources Officer, effective Jan. 13, 2025. In this role, he will oversee human resources functions at Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis and Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett.

            Brill is a highly qualified senior HR leader, with extensive experience in creating and strengthening cultures through employee engagement, recognition, retention, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. He earned his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a credential that validates an HR professional’s knowledge and skills in strategic and policy-making areas of HR.

He most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources, at Cennox, Inc., a company which provides banking and retail support services, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he was Human Resources Market Leader-Talent Management for Kaiser Permanente, also in Atlanta, where he oversaw all aspects of talent management for The Southeast Permanente Medical Group Georgia market.

He previously served as Human Resources Director at AdventHealth Medical Group in Ormond Beach, Florida, and as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, for U.S. Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. Earlier in his career, he held HR positions at various healthcare organizations in Florida and South Carolina.

Brill obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his Master of Business Administration degree in HR Management from the University of Phoenix.
